TICKETING

Live Nation offers pre-sales to My Live Nation members. To access the pre-sale, register for a free account at livenation.me. Once logged in, you'll see "My Live Nation" in the top right corner during pre-sale events. No code is required. Remember, you’ll also need to log in separately to the ticket agent’s website to complete your purchase.

  • Sign up for a My Live Nation account and ensure you’re logged in.
  • Have an account with the ticket agent’s website and be ready to log in.
  • Prepare your device and be on the event page at least 10 minutes before the sale starts.
  • Use only one browser per device to avoid confusion.
  • Don’t refresh the page during checkout.
  • Have your payment details ready for quick processing.
  • Pay attention to countdown timers, as they limit the time tickets are held in your cart.

If you have an order number but haven’t received a confirmation email, don’t worry. The order number indicates your booking was successful. Make sure your email address was entered correctly, as typos can prevent confirmation emails. Tickets are sent by the event’s ticket agent, not Live Nation. Allow up to 72 hours for confirmation.

Ticket delivery times can vary.

Standard tickets: May not arrive until up to 7 days before the event.

If you still don’t have your tickets within 10 days of the event, contact the ticket agent directly.

If you can’t find your tickets, log into your account on the ticket agent’s website (not your My Live Nation account) and check your profile. If they’re not there, reach out to the ticket agent’s customer support.

Tickets are processed through the authorised ticketing agent for each show and will not appear in your My Live Nation account. If you’re unsure who the ticket agent is, check the event page or contact Live Nation support.

Tickets can be purchased via the Live Nation website, which links directly to the authorised ticketing partner for each event.

We urge all fans to exercise caution when purchasing tickets. Live Nation shows are exclusively sold through the following official channels: Ticketmaster, Platinumlist, and the venue (e.g., Dubai Opera, Coca-Cola Arena, Etihad Park, etc.).

Ticket prices are available on the ticket agent’s website. Visit the event page on livenation.me, which will direct you to the authorised ticketing partner for pricing details.

Avoid purchasing from social media or unauthorised reseller sites, as these tickets may not grant entry. Instead, follow @livenationme on Instagram and monitor for any additional or last-minute ticket releases.

Contact the ticketing agent to inquire about securely transferring your tickets to someone else – please note this option may not be available for all show. Avoid reselling tickets online, as this can violate terms and conditions and tickets may be voided. Always check with the ticketing agent for their policies.

Tickets can sell out quickly. If tickets are placed in a ‘holding status’ and not paid for or are cancelled, they may become available again. Keep trying, as some tickets may be re-released.

MY ACCOUNT

Registering is easy and free. Sign up for a My Live Nation account to gain access to pre-sales and receive the latest tour news from your favourite artists.

Go to the ‘Profile’ section of your account. You can edit your email, name, gender, birthday, country, and postcode. Providing complete information helps personalise your experience.

Ensure you’ve activated your account by clicking the link in the activation email.

If you haven’t received it, use the ‘Resend Activation Link’ option.

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the ‘Forgot your password?’ link to reset it.

Note: Only customers who have completed registration can log in.

Yes, all guests are subject to bag checks, metal detectors, or other security screenings. Please arrive early to allow time for entry.

CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS

If an event is postponed, your original tickets remain valid for the new date.

If cancelled, refunds will be issued through the authorised ticketing partner you purchased from (Ticketmaster, Platinumlist, or the venue).
